Revvo Caster introduces a new range of Flexello brand D Series light-duty swivel casters for a variety of applications such as carts, dollies, OEM products, medical equipment, furniture, racks, mobile stands, work cabinets, tool boxes, and displays. They are offered in four wheel sizes (2", 3", 4" and 5") with load capacities ranging from 110 to 220 lbs. per caster.

Available in top plate and bolt hole models with a choice of rubber and nylon wheels, the new Revvo D Series casters have a plain bearing designed for light loads, according to Revvo Caster. All casters in the series can be ordered with an optional foot brake.

Revvo's new D Series low-profile caster with a robust load capacity is designed for use on business machines and other OEM products including medical equipment and heavyweight electrical/electronic enclosures.

As part of its range of Flexello brand casters, the new top plate swivel caster from Revvo features a two-inch diameter by two-inch tread width (50mm x 50mm) wheel for maximum weight distribution at the lowest possible overall height of 4-1/16" (10.3cm). Load capacity is 1,188 lbs. (539kg) per caster. Swivel radius measures 2-1/2" (6.4cm).

The new caster has a glass-reinforced nylon wheel and features a roller-type bearing for ease of movement. A zerk fitting in the raceway provides easy access for lubrication. The caster has a black powder-coated finish.

Available with non-marking antimicrobial wheels that prevent vibration and shock, the new range of stainless steel casters from Revvo are designed to prevent corrosion under conditions where there is exposure to moisture, cleaning agents, steam, and caustic or corrosive chemicals. Typical applications include medical and other institutional facilities as well as food, pharmaceutical and chemical processing plants.

The new casters are manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel and are available with either nylon wheels or "Performa Protect" antimicrobial wheels to help control bacteria, molds, mildew, fungi, and odors. New Revvo stainless steel casters are fitted with ball journal bearings and come in three sizes: 3-9/64" wheel diameter (4-1/4" overall height) with a 220-lb. load rating; 4" diameter (5" height) with a 330-lb. load rating; and 5" diameter (6-1/8" height) with a 660-lb. load rating.

The new stainless steel casters are available in bolt-hole and top plate swivel models fitted with a double ball bearing, and sealed top plate swivel and rigid models. Swivel models are also available with a foot-operated wheel brake. Stem casters accommodate a 12mm bolt.

Revvo Caster introduces its new "Flexello" brand two-inch diameter, bolt-hole/stem caster featuring a total-lock brake. A total-lock brake is not typically found on casters with only a two-inch diameter, making it ideal for many types of displays, medical equipment, furniture pieces, light-duty carts and other mobile applications.

The new Revvo caster has a load capacity of 110 lbs. and bolt hole/stem size of 3/8-inch (10mm). The overall height is 2-3/4", and it has a tread width of 3/4" and offset of 15/16”. It features a plain bearing and is available with a polypropylene-on-nylon or gray-rubber-on-nylon wheel.

Revvo introduces its new H Series heavy-duty casters featuring a bolt-on directional lock. H Series swivel caster models are now manufactured with notches to make it easier to install and use the new bolt-on style directional lock. The lock is bolted on underneath the top plate, using the top plate mounting bolts. When engaged, it converts the swivel caster into a rigid or fixed caster. The new H Series casters with bolt-on directional locks feature either a roller, taper roller, or precision ball bearing and are available in diameters of 4", 5", 6", 6-1/4", 8", 10" and 12" with load capacities ranging from 330 lbs. to 3,300 lbs. These kingpinless fabricated steel casters are designed for heavy-duty towing (up to 4 mph) and use in adverse working conditions such as heavy loading and traversing poor floor surfaces in industrial and institutional settings.

The new T Series casters with steel wheels feature a taper roller bearing and are available in diameters of 6-inches (5,000 lbs. load capacity) and 8-inches (11,175 load capacity). Available in low height and standard height models, the new PlasTech casters are designed for medical equipment, home and office furniture, promotional and retail display units, catering and other appliances, distribution trolleys, and other applications requiring ergonomic performance and attractive styling.

Constructed of high-performance thermoplastics, the new PlasTech casters come in wheel diameters of 4" and 5" with load capacities of 176 lbs. and 220 lbs. respectively, Revvo states. Low height 4" diameter models are 4.1" high to the base of the stem; low-height 5" dia. models are 5.2" high. Standard height 4" dia. models are 5" high; 5" dia. models are 5.8" high. The Revvo Caster Company, Inc. introduces its new Towcasters to move ISO freight containers quickly and easily without using expensive equipment such as cranes, gantries, or side-loading forks. The extra-heavy-duty casters are provided in sets of four, two swivel and two fixed casters, and feature rugged polyurethane-on-cast-iron wheels. Towcasters are available in two sizes with wheel diameters of 10 inches and load capacities of 22,000 lbs., and 12-inch wheel diameters with 26,400-lbs. load capacities. One person can install a set of Towcasters on a container following simple instructions provided by the company.

New Towcasters are designed for power towing up to 5 mph and are suitable for moving empty or evenly loaded containers up to 40-ft. in length. They are a low-cost solution for container manufacturing, repairing, and marshalling for loading and unloading. In addition, Towcasters economize storage space, allowing containers to be maneuvered and parked away from the lifting facility. Since there are no protruding parts, containers can be positioned close together without damage.

Complete Towcaster sets include four extra-heavy-duty casters with locking screws, a lifting handle, and a ratchet spanner. (The accessories are also available as spare parts.) The 10-inch diameter Towcasters have a tread width of 3 inches and mounting height of 15-3/4 inches. The patented Towbar is sold optionally in sets of two with new Revvo Towcasters. It enables towing by tractor, fork truck, or other type of towing vehicle, according to the company. With a caster height of only 2" (1/4" lower than Revvo’s standard 2SL model), the new low-height caster has a load capacity of 264 lbs. and is designed for moving equipment and loads over level surfaces.

The new 2SL casters feature black nylon wheels, which are clean, lightweight and can be used with a minimum of lubrication. In addition, the new 35mm black nylon wheels are virtually non-marking, cause very little floor damage, and are resistant to oils, fats, alkalis, soaps, and detergents. Tread width for the new 35mm wheels is 9/16”, and the 2SL model top plates have fixing holes to suit 1/4-inch diameter countersink head screws.
